High-Rise Office and Mixed-Use Schemes in Central Districts
Real estate group Covivio has unveiled the 030BLN 130-metre skyscraper at Alexanderplatz, with completion targeted for the second half of 2027. Nearby, The Berlinian 146-metre office tower reached its topping-out ceremony in January 2026 and is due for completion in May 2027. At Südkreuz, STRABAG subsidiary ZÜBLIN has been appointed general contractor for the 75,000-square-metre sustainable mixed-use quarter B’Ella Berlin, which will combine residential units, offices and commercial spaces with completion targeted after 2026.
A separate scheme, AVIÈR, is under way near KaDeWe in City West and will deliver 4,800 square metres of office and commercial space across eight floors, scheduled for the second quarter of 2027.
